The London Branch specialises in the provision of Property Finance in the UK and other Western European markets. The current book stands at circa €3.3 billion.
Historically the branch has provided development finance both on a speculative and pre-let basis. In the last 18 months the Branch has completed a significant number of commercial investment transactions but would still consider pre-let development transactions.

These are tailored on a bespoke basis assessing the particular characteristics on each deal.
The Branch also has experience in structuring Islamic (Shariah Compliant) finance.
The London Branch is able to underwrite transactions up to £50m and is also happy to consider club transactions with other banks if the total debt requirement is beyond £50m.
The London Branch is also able to consider transactions in the Private Finance Initiative (PFI) and Public Finance Partnerships (PPP) sectors by taking participations in UK and Ireland based projects. Our aim is to work with experienced lead managers, with our level of participation assessed on the merits of each transaction.
