The regional Rentenbanks are merged with Preussische Landesrentenbank. This becomes Deutsche Landesrentenbank in 1939. |

Rentenbanks assist in the liberation of the peasants
The provincial Rentenbanks pay debentures to the lords of the manor to relieve the farmers. These debentures are repaid from annual pension payments of the farmers, and bear interest. |
