Deutsche Postbank Financial Services GmbH (PFS), founded in April 2002 is a wholly owned subsidiary of Deutsche Postbank AG. Its headquarters are in Frankfurt am Main. PFS has equity of EUR5 million and currently employs approximately 40 permanent staff.
PFS offers institutional investors and retail customers services related to investments in securities, in particular for the investment and the management of investment funds.
The Managing Directors are Klaus-Dieter Fröhlich (Risk Management/Controlling/Marketing/Product Development) and Nils Störling (Portfolio Management). The Supervisory Board of the company consists of Horst Küpker (Chairman), Dr. Wolfgang Klein and Marc Heß.
Philosophy
As a specialist for investments in securities PFS offers services in respect of investment consultation and investment management, as well as services on how to deal with market risks in the investment business. It makes its services available to the Postbank Group and Deutsche Post World Net, as well as other investors. PGS is positioning itself as competence centre for the investment and the management of investment funds and such investment instruments which can be used to diversify individual stock risks. Activity
PFS provides financial services such as brokerage of investments and closing and the management of financial portfolios. In the context of portfolio management PFS is currently developing investment recommendations and investment strategies for current assets of more than EUR14 billion.
