In January 2004, Postbank founded PB Firmenkunden AG as a fully owned subsidiary. It is headquartered in Bonn and has capital stock of €1,000,000.

PB Firmenkunden AG, a fully owned subsidiary of Postbank AG, offers its over 30,000 corporate customers with annual external sales of over €2.5 million a wide range of financial services geared primarily to the needs of German mid-sized companies.

PB Firmenkunden AG supplements its strategic strength – a combination of expertise and many years of experience – with a product portfolio tailored to the individual requirements of its customers.
In addition to payment transactions and commercial real estate financing, its traditional core competencies also include classic corporate financing for mid-sized companies. Comprehensive investment and balance sheet structure management round off its range of services. In recent years the product portfolio has undergone continuous further development in all business divisions with the aim of providing customers with all-round support.

The Management Board of PB Firmenkunden AG is made up of Reiner Ramacher and Harald Roos.
Stefan Jütte, Horst Küpker and Ralf Stemmer form the Supervisory Board.

In launching PB Firmenkunden AG, Postbank geared itself to an increasingly complex market environment with growing customer requirements and hence created a corporate unit enabling it to focus even better on the specific needs of its over 30,000 corporate customers.

The service concept and entire range of products are consistently geared to the needs of Postbank’s corporate customers. They comprise both widespread individual support provided on site by Key Account Management and personal support by telephone.
