Two Members of the Deutsche Postbank AG Supervisory Board, Alfred Waiß and Dipl.-Ing. Roman Lorenz, will resign on March 31, 2000. At the company’s General Meeting today, two new Members were appointed:
Dr. Klaus Schlede, Chairman of the Deutsche Lufthansa AG Supervisory Board, and Professor Dr. Ralf Krüger, Member of the Deutsche Post AG Supervisory Board.
