Postbank is simplifying the introduction to investment funds. With “Postbank Kapital Invest”, Postbank is combining the secure and calculable revenue of fixed-interest investments with the potential returns of an investment fund. Half of the investment is placed with “Postbank Kapital Plus” for the period of one year. As a particular bonus, Postbank is giving special interest rates, which – depending on the amount invested – rise to six percent. With these, the interest rates are not only up to 1.6 percentage points above the standard “Kapital Plus” interest rates, they are also well above the market average. The other half of the invested capital is placed in a Postbank investment fund. Choose from the multiple award-winning share fund “Postbank Dynamik Global”, the new flexible mixed fund “Postbank Global OptiMix” or another Postbank share fund. As a special incentive, investment accounts for new investors will be free of charge for one year. The total volume of Postbank Kapital Invest funds is limited to DM 3.25 billion.

“Postbank Kapital Invest” is targeted at investors who would like to profit from the yields achieved on the stock market but simultaneously appreciate favourable and secure interest rates. Amounts between DM 20,000 and DM 500,000 can be invested. The special interest rate for the fixed-interest part is 1.5 to 1.6 percentage points above the standard “Kapital Plus” interest rates. From DM 10,000, interest is 5.8 percent (standard: 4.3 percent), from DM 20,000 – 5.9 percent (standard: 4.35 percent) and from DM 100,000 DM – 6.0 percent (standard: 4.4 percent) p.a. The term is one year. Only private investors will be able to take advantage of this product.
