Postbank easytrade makes its mark with employee stock option programs
Fraport AG successfully completed / fund savings plans for the future
Postbank EasyTrade.AG has successfully completed the employee stock option program for the Fraport AG floatation. 7,200 purchased shares. With the smooth management, Postbank easytrade has once again made its mark as a specialist for processing employee stock option programs. In November 2000, Postbank easytrade was able to prove its skill in managing the Deutsche Post stock option program incorporating over 160,000 employees.
In close cooperation with Fraport AG, Postbank easytrade has – to the greatest extent – automated all processes of the program including the issuing loans and employee communication, hence contributing towards fast and smooth processing. The company required less than four months to implement the entire program. Despite this short period, a remarkable 56 percent of employees took advantage of this stock option program, which was viewed as a huge success by both parties.
Postbank easytrade will continue to expand its range of services for companies who wish to offer their employees stock options. Within the course of this year, it will offer fund savings plans as a form of employee option program.
