The Supervisory Board of BHW Holding AG resolved in the course of today and as part of the company's strategic realignment and integration into the Postbank Group that changes be made to the composition of the company's Management Board. Horst Küpker, Head of Treasury at Postbank, and Hans-Joachim Neumann, Head of Personnel at the Bonn-based bank, were both appointed new members of the Management Board of BHW Holding.

Dr. Matthias Danne, Rudolf Eis, Uwe Rudolf Hoffmann and Michael Hawighorst, hitherto Management Board members, will be retiring from the Board. Hawighorst will remain a member of the Group and will concentrate on his future duties as Management Board member of BHW Bank. The other gentlemen will be retiring by complete mutual consent and at their own request from the company after the successful sale of BHW Holding and the now imminent strategic realignment of the Group. The company would like to thank them for their successful efforts on its behalf, which were partially provided for decades.

Following the sale of AHBR, the elimination of the related sections, and the merger of functions, the Management Board of BHW Holding can now likewise be made leaner. The newly-formed Board will be composed of Henning R. Engmann (Chairman, Strategy/Finance) and Dr. Udo Rödel (Central Services) as well as the two new appointee today, Horst Küpker (Asset Allocation) and Hans-Joachim Neumann (Resources/HR Director).
