In the course of integration into the Postbank Group, there will be changes in the composition of the Management Board of BHW Bausparkasse AG. At its meeting this afternoon, the Supervisory Board of BHW Bausparkasse appointed Dr. Michael Meyer a new member of the company's Management Board. He was previously Head of Marketing (Product Management) at Postbank.

In this regard, Dr. Udo Rödel and Rudolf Eis will retire from the Board. Rödel will remain a member of the Group and will in future concentrate on his duties as a member of the Management Board of BHW Holding AG. By complete mutual consent, Eis will be leaving the BHW Group given its forthcoming new strategic alignment at his own request. The company would like to take the opportunity to thank these gentlemen for their longtime sterling efforts.

As already communicated, the Supervisory Board of BHW Holding had resolved changes in the make-up of its Management Board. Among others, two new members, namely Horst Küpker and Hans-Joachim Neumann, were appointed to the Board. They have been granted general power of attorney and will thus in future also bear responsibility at BHW Bausparkasse.
