Postbank easytrade offers ADIG mutual funds

First sales cooperation agreed/ focus on top performers and no-load funds

As of today, Postbank easytrade – the new Postbank direct brokerage – will offer ADIG mutual funds. This represents easytrade's first sales agreement outside of the Postbank group. Postbank easytrade currently has plans to enter into coopera-tions with further investment companies, offering huge potential with attractive mutual funds.

With this first sales cooperation, Postbank easytrade will expand its product range. Dr. Wilhelm Hemmerde, Chairman of the easytrade Board of Directors: "In the interests of our customers, we wish to successively expand our range of products and services. The objective is to create a high-performance and comprehensive assortment, part of which will comprise mutual funds offered by prominent investment companies outside the Postbank Group." Hemmerde expects huge demand for these services, particularly for the proven top ADIG performers. Hans-Jürgen Löckener, CEO on the ADIG Board of Managers and responsible for marketing and sales, is convinced of the success of this new partnership: "We have top products and a broad range of products, with which we can cater to the requirements of all investors. Our no-load fund, in particular, offers investors the possibility of inexpensively investing, even in the short-term, in certain market segments."

Postbank easytrade has been an active market player since the beginning of September 2000. The direct brokerage offers share trading via the Internet, over the phone and through Deutsche Post branches throughout Germany. With a tally of 150,000 customers, easytrade is already one of the larger direct brokerage companies in Germany.
