The Deutsche Postbank AG Annual General Meeting appointed three new Supervisory Board members. Wilfried Boysen and Elmo von Schorlemer joined the board with immediate effect. Dr. Peter Hoch will join them as of July 1, 2004.

Boysen is a member of the Tchibo Frisch-Röst-Kaffee GmbH Supervisory Board and former member of the Reemtsma Cigarettenfabriken GmbH Board of Management. Von Schorlemer is a member of the VHV Autoversicherung und der VHV Beteiligungs AG Supervisory Board and former Chairman of the Aachener und Münchener Versicherungs AG Board of Directors. Hoch will be the President of Mastercard Europe until June 30, 2004.

Professor Hans E. Büschgen, Dietrich Jahn and Dieter Soltmann have retired from the Supervisory Board.
