The Register Court today informed BHW Holding AG that the resolution passed at the BHW Holding AG Annual General Meeting on July 21, 2006 - transfer of all shares of minority shareholders to Deutsche Postbank AG against an appropriate cash settlement - has been entered into the Commercial Register of BHW Holding AG.
